Ordering

I cant see my preferred order date

Orders open usually 7 days in advance. As all stock is sourced fresh from the markets, this is to accommodate any changes in availability. If you can’t see your preferred date, please check back later as it will most likely open up once we have stock secured. Orders close for delivery to ALL areas at 9am every Wednesday.

I want to order for a specific date but you don't deliver to my area on this day?

Unfortunately due to demand, we can’t deliver everywhere on the same day. Our products are extremely fresh which is why we guarantee great shelf life on all our products. 

Am I able to order to pick up at locations but not place this order online?

Yes, of course! Get in touch with us via phone or socials. However we can’t always guarantee stock as we are trading for walk up purchasing also. 

What happens if a product I have ordered isn't available?

We will be in contact to offer you a replacement product that is similar, a better alternative or refund of this product. 

How do I store my seafood once purchased?

Seafood is best stored under 4°- usually on ice- although this may change with various items, we recommend storing in the coolest part of your fridge- if you are unsure, reach out!

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most areas in the Blue Mountains, including Richmond. For more details view our delivery zones here.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees range from $4.95 to $11.95 depending on the area. For orders over $99, delivery is free! For more details see here.

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

That’s no problem – we will drop your order in a safe place or you can specify your preferred place in your order notes.

As this is fresh food that requires cold storage, we recommend leaving an esky or cold box for us to drop your order into.

What times do you deliver?

We will drop your order between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Our driver will be in touch prior to delivery with a more approximate time.
