Ordering and Payment:
1. Orders can be placed through our website.
2. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order and not a guarantee of product availability.
Market Availability Policy
Due to the fluctuating nature of seafood supply and the challenges in obtaining fresh stock, some items in your order may become unavailable. If this occurs, you will be contacted by our team prior to collecting or receiving your order to receive a shop credit or have the option to select an in-stock substitute of equal value.
Pick up/ Collection:
1. Orders must be collected from the designated collection point within the specified time frame. Failure to collect your order within this time frame may result in your order being cancelled without refund.
2. If your order is not collected and there has been no prior communication or response to our team’s inquiries using the provided contact details, your order will be cancelled. In this case, you will not be eligible for a refund or shop credit, and your order will be discarded.
3. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.
4. In the event that a third party will collect your order on your behalf, we kindly request advance notification including the full name and contact number of the designated individual. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in us withholding your order until confirmation is received from the original order placer, ensuring it reaches the intended recipient.
Quality and Freshness:
Andys Fresh Seafood is committed to providing high-quality seafood, exceptional delivery services, and maintaining high service standards among our staff. If you are dissatisfied with the service or quality of our products, we will promptly address your concerns and take appropriate measures to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
We recognise that errors can occur. If a mistake is due to our oversight or you are unhappy with the product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
Our Team will collect any incorrect items, provided they are in the same condition as received and a store credit will be issued for the affected products. Partially consumed items may be eligible for a partial refund.
Fresh Product Returns
1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for perishable goods unless they are damaged or spoiled at the time of collection.
2. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, any complaints must be reported immediately upon receiving your order. Claims made after 12 hours will not be considered.
3. Products must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full store credit or refund.
Cancellations and Modifications:
1. Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time, with the exception of peak periods such as Easter, Christmas, Public Holidays, or other busy periods, where changes must be requested at least 7 business Days in advance. Please liaise with our customer service team to facilitate any adjustments to your order, and we will endeavor to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.
2. We do not provide refunds for canceled orders. If notification is received within the specified time frame, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the full order amount, valid for a period of 12 months.
Liability
1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
2. Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of our products is limited to the amount paid for the product in question

Intellectual Property
All content on our website and mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales Government of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales Government of Australia
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
